Please provide the quantity, item code - e.g. a7471, size, and description of the item. If ordering sandals, indicate if male or female - so we can make sure you have ordered the right size.

Credit Card payments. This is not a secured site. However Visa, Master Card, & American Express have stated that consumer's will not be liable for any charges on stolen credit card information when providing your credit card over the Internet with your order. If however, you are not comfortable emailing your credit card information with your order, we recommend you either use the Fax or the 800# to place your order with your credit card details. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards only.

Shipping charges - Goods are usually shipped FedEx, DHL or UPS Ground and takes between 5 - 10 days delivery. If however you need to receive the order sooner, we can accomodate you. We will provide you details of the shipping costs once we receive your order. Any orders sent via US MAIL will be assessed a charge between $5.00 to $10.00 handling fee.

Sales tax - Sales tax will be charged for orders being shipped within the State of Arizona.

Return policy - We will provide a full refund (excluding the shipping and handling costs) for all goods returned, in their original condition, within 30 days of receiving the order - EXCEPT any books, sale items, close outs or as noted for a particular product. Call our 800# prior to returning the goods to obtain an RMA number. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of $10 per item in situations were the customer orders multiple items with the intent of returning items after receiving them - e.g. ordering 2 hats to see which hat they prefer.

Exchange policy - The cost of the exchanged item(s) will be offset against the credit for the returned item(s) subject to the Return policy. The cost of re-shipping will be charged for.
